Meet Olivia (10) & Jake (8)

We are siblings and have lived together since we came into foster care.  It's important for us to stay together - even though we get on each other's nerves sometimes.

I'm Olivia and I'm 10 . I love playing netball with my friends from school (I play for the school team) and making new friends. I like drawing and singing and I'm especially proud of being chosen to sing a solo in the school choir last Summer. My friends think I am funny and my Mum says she likes my big smile.

I'm Jake and I'm 8. I enjoy dancing and go to street dance session at school with the sport coach. I'm a little bit more cautious than my sister and I take a while to build up my confidence so sometimes I just watch from the sidelines. I usually join in after a while. I'm proud about being chosen to be on the school council and about being allowed to read chapter books now. My teacher says I am a reading superstar! I like to do some things separately from Olivia at times, but I also enjoy having one-on-one time with her.
